ClipFactory ("the tool") is a private desktop application operated by Fernando da Silveira Rampon, 81 Primrose Hill, Tower, Blarney, Co. Cork, T23 TF66, Ireland ("we"). It is used only by its operator to manage YouTube channels he owns. This policy explains what data the tool accesses and how it is handled.

YouTube API Services

ClipFactory uses YouTube API Services. By using ClipFactory you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

Data we access

ClipFactory does not access data of any other YouTube user, does not read comments, subscribers or analytics of other channels, and does not collect personal data from viewers.

How we use it

The data is used only to upload the operator's own Shorts, set their title, description, tags and publish time, and check that they were published. It is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising or combined with other data.

Storage and security

Tokens and the IDs of the tool's own uploads are stored only on the operator's computer, in a local folder that is not synced or shared. No YouTube data is stored on any server. Data is transmitted to Google only over HTTPS.

This website and the tool do not use cookies or tracking technologies, and do not place any on viewers' devices.
