ClipFactory is a private tool operated by Fernando da Silveira Rampon, Blarney, Co. Cork, Ireland. It is not offered to the public; only its operator uses it, on YouTube channels he owns or manages.
YouTube
ClipFactory uses YouTube API Services. By using ClipFactory you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. All content published through the tool must follow the YouTube Community Guidelines and the rights of the original creators.
Use
- The tool may only be used on channels the user owns or is authorized to manage.
- The user is responsible for the content published and for having the rights to it.
- Access to YouTube can be revoked at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
